We offer two types of meals: the full Table d’hôtes, which consists of four courses with wine. Normandy specialties such as apples, cream, cider or sauces made with Calvados are used to prepare regional dishes such as Duck with a `brayonne` sauce or Guinea-fowl with cream, cider and Calvados.
